Terms of Service

Welcome to VMAX. By downloading, installing, or using the VMAX mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App.

2. Description of Service

VMAX is an AI-powered facial analysis application that provides:

Facial feature analysis and attractiveness scoring
Personalized improvement recommendations ("Glow Up Plans")
Progress tracking over time
Celebrity facial match comparisons
Color season analysis

            Important: VMAX provides entertainment and informational analysis only. Results are generated by AI and should not be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice. Scores and ratings are algorithmic estimates and do not reflect objective truth.
        

3. User Accounts & Data

VMAX does not require account creation. All personal data (name, age, gender, measurements) is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free & Premium Features

The App offers limited free features and premium features accessible through a paid subscription.

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer Weekly, Monthly, and Annual subscription plans. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.5 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.6 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Upload photos of other people without their consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App to harass, bully, or harm others
Circumvent any security or access controls
Use automated systems to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, algorithms, and software — are owned by VMAX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate analysis results. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated results are estimates and may not be accurate
Facial scores and ratings are for entertainment purposes only
Results should not be used as a basis for medical or psychological decisions
AI models may produce different results for the same input over time
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content

8. Photos & Camera Access

The App requires camera access to capture facial photos for analysis. By granting camera access, you acknowledge that:

Photos are captured solely for the purpose of facial analysis
Photos may be transmitted to Google's AI services for processing
Photos are not permanently stored on our servers
You have the right and consent to capture and analyze the photos you submit

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VMAX and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VMAX and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the App or other users.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
