Welcome to Neon Math. By accessing or playing our game, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. Game Play & Mechanics

Neon Math provides procedurally generated mathematical, algebraic, and trigonometric challenges. Gameplay involves a countdown timer where correct answers reward points and add time, and incorrect answers deduct time. You agree to play the game in a fair manner without modifying local memory or code.

2. Data Ownership & Storage

All score records, high score statistics, correct answer counts, and player profile names are stored locally on your device via UserDefaults. We do not transmit or collect this data on external servers. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app will permanently delete your stats.

3. Intellectual Property

The visual style, neon glowing line shaders, programmatic canvas draw mechanisms, and game source code are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not distribute, decompile, or copy components of this software without explicit permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the game.
